Exhibition History
Recently, I received a commended award for my mixed media “Sea Spray” at Dobell Art Prize 2021. Exhibiting at Art Lover Movement 2021 I was asked to demonstrate my techniques in watercolour, gouache and colIage. I participated in the Lake Macquarie Open Studios 2020 and 2021. I have been teaching art to a small class of children at Studio 4 Morisett ,in 2021 and was selected as a finalist in Blackstone Gallery’s Works on Paper 2020 Blue theme for my mixed media “Mirage”. I have been selected as one of the finalists in the 2020 international exhibition of “Nature” by the Art Room Gallery with my woven sculpture ‘Nesting Bird’. Other successes have included acceptance into the national portrait exhibition in Bega as well as selection in The Newcastle Show and Easter Show for 2019. I have exhibited in various galleries – Ulmarra Art Gallery, Ferry Artists Wisemans Ferry, Finite Gallery Caves Beach, The Hunter Artisan Gallery. I have also completed commissions in various art forms and media.
2020 & 2021
Lake Macquarie Open Studios
I was invited to participate in Lake Macquarie Open Studios in 2020 and in 2021. This exhibition was held at Studio 4 in Morisset, with two other artists & myself.
2019 & 2020
Ferry Artists
The Ferry Artists group in Wiseman's Ferry operates as an artist collective that allows exhibitions for their partners artists regularly. I have participated in their "Eclectic" , "Miniatures", and other themed exhibitions.
